  1. Mix the beef, pork, fennel, paprika, salt, pepper, red pepper, and italian seasonings in a bowl. Optionally, add a splash or two of red wine vinegar.
  2. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the onion, carrots, and garlic and cook until softened.
  3. Deglaze (pour in and scrape the bottom) the pot with the red wine.
  4. Add the crushed tomatoes and bone broth to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Bring a different pot of water to a boil and add the lasagna noodles. Cook until al dente then drain and cut into strips.
  6. Add the noodles and parsley to the soup and serve hot.
